The I2C mode of operation license for the 8PI Control Panel transforms your GP Series device into a I²C protocol exerciser and analyser.

The I2C mode of operation is added to the 8PI Control Panel upon the purchase of a single license per device and the use of the proper license file (please send us a request, mentioning your device serial number). The I2C mode of operation provides the usual GUI, TCL/tk and C/C++ API user interfaces.

I2C mode of operation requires 8PI Control Panel Software version 1.06 or higher (download here). Additional license required for GP Series only. I2C Xpress device is delivered with I2C mode of operation and does not require any additional license.
